Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

The product shows no signs of wear or damage.

Returned items must:

Be free from scratches, perfume stains, makeup stains, or damage caused after delivery.

Include original packaging and accessories.

Items that fail quality inspection may be sent back to the customer.

may require an unboxing video for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect products received.

Damaged products received.

Manufacturing defects.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos.

Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Shipping

For approved exchanges:

The customer may be responsible for sending the original item back unless the exchange is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

Replacement products will be shipped after successful inspection of the returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
