Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, festive seasons, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping offers, when available, will be automatically applied according to the promotion terms.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive:

Laila & Co cannot guarantee recovery of packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If delivery remains unsuccessful:

The package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges may apply before a second dispatch.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll investigate the matter with the courier partner.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier’s investigation process.


Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe a delivered package is missing, please contact us immediately so we can assist in investigating the issue.
